How to order the Recovery Oxygen package

To set up a contract with Baywater Healthcare for Recovery Oxygen, please complete the online enquiry form below and we will respond with details of pricing and the relevant forms for completion. Alternatively you can contact our Recovery Oxygen Team on 0845 602 0776 or email: [email protected].

Completed documents can be sent to: [email protected].

Once we have received your completed documents we will process your order and deliver within three working days, unless a date is specified on the supplier agreement form, this must be after three working days.

Further guidance including user guide, safety information and CQC certificate will be issued upon set up. A copy of our Terms & Conditions is available for download. Please retain a copy for your information.
