Home Sleep Diagnostics
With an increasing demand for sleep diagnostic referrals, NHS Services must drive innovative change and new working methods to realise cost efficiencies while improving patient care.
What are the benefits of Home Sleep Diagnostics?
A partnership with Baywater Healthcare brings these efficiencies to existing or new sleep services by reducing the number of appointments required in the hospital, saving time from referral to diagnosis, and making services more streamlined.
Clinicians’ time can be spent focusing on dealing with complex patient management.
Why Home Sleep Diagnostics?
The NICE guideline on Obstructive Sleep Apnoea/Hypopnoea Syndrome (OSAHS) and Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome in people over the age of 16 recommends offering home respiratory polygraphy to people with suspected OSAHS.
