Our goal

Our goal is not just to develop better products and services though – it’s about improving the quality of people’s lives. Baywater Healthcare employs just under 500 people in the UK and has its headquarters in Crewe, Cheshire. The office is home to a 24-hour call centre, as well as administrative support for all oxygen, ventilation, nebuliser, sleep and telehealth therapy services.



Our promise

Our objective is to support patients in their therapy and encourage long-term compliance. Therefore, as well as equipment and consumables designed for patient comfort; 24/7 support; and equipment servicing and maintenance at home, we also offer advice and support from specialist Clinical Advisers. Alongside this focus on providing the best possible support and equipment for patients, our aim is also to relieve the administrative burden on clinicians, allowing them more time to focus on patient care.

2006

The Home Oxygen Service starts with multiple contracts awarded to us

2009

We are awarded our first home support service for patients using nebuliser therapy

2010

We are awarded our first large obstructive sleep apnoea service

2010

We are awarded our first large home ventilation support service

2013

Completed rebranding and launched new patient support literature

2015

We deliver the 1,000,000th oxygen cylinder

2016

We are awarded our first Telehealth service

2018

We are awarded our first Home Oxygen Assessment Service

2019

We move into our new head office at Wulvern House

2020

We continue to offer services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and develop new services such as our COVID Virtual Ward

2022

We continue to expand and have over 40,000 patients and just under 400 employees

2023

We expanded our Home Oxygen Assessment and Review (HOS-AR) services into the North East, including Sunderland & South Tyneside, Gateshead, and Tees Valley

2023

We launched our first Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) service in Somerset, marking a key milestone in our expanding PR programme

2024

We successfully retained and relaunched our HOS contract in Wales, continuing our commitment to long-term respiratory support across the region

2025

We went live with HOS services across the East of England, strengthening our national presence in oxygen care delivery

2025

We launched Pulmonary Rehabilitation services in Newcastle and Bradford, further growing our regional footprint in early 2025

2025

We went live with HOS services in London, increasing the number of HOS regions we service to six
