Social value is very important to us. We believe that social value is the right thing for us to do as an ethical provider of healthcare services.
Our social value commitment addresses immediate needs and supports long-term sustainability and shared growth. We encourage inclusivity and a culture of strong morals, which leads to an environment where the wellbeing of all is held.
At Baywater Healthcare, social value is embedded as part of our culture and is something all our employees are invested in and actively contribute to. Our social value starts at the top, with our CEO leading our Sustainability Champions Group. Our managers are encouraged to believe in and demonstrate a commitment to social responsibility, setting an example for our entire company.
We have many social value initiatives, including donating to charities throughout the UK through our Employee Donation Request Policy and introducing initiatives to reduce our emissions. We are also members of the Cheshire Community Foundation board, where we help designate funds to worthy charities around the country.
We have several exciting projects for the future that we are excited to be able to share with you.
