Baywater Healthcare have appointed Diane Gray to the newly created post of Chief Operating Officer. Diane joined the company in 2014 as Commercial Director, tasked with developing new services and channels to market. In that time Baywater Healthcare’s Long Term Conditions business which provides in-home managed services to patients with sleep disorders and remote Telehealth has grown by over 40% in revenue terms. Diane has broad experience of managing large scale operations in the healthcare sector, including previous senior positions held at Care UK and Alliance Medical.
Following confirmation of her appointment Diane commented “I am delighted to be taking a broader responsibility across the business. This is an exciting time for Baywater Healthcare, as we continue to develop the services that meet the needs and challenges of the NHS. I am really looking forward to leading the teams through the opportunities that lie ahead.”
