Are you listening to your lungs?

18th July 2016

The British Lung Foundation (BLF) have launched their latest campaign to encourage people to ‘listen’ to the signs their lungs could be giving them.

Feeling short of breath after strenuous activity is perfectly normal, however if someone finds themselves out of breath from smaller or normal everyday tasks, they may need to see a Healthcare Professional.

The BLF have prepared a short test which will indicate if someone concerned with their lung health should make an appointment to be assessed. The test is just ten simple questions, only takes a couple of minutes to complete, and the benefit of an early diagnosis could lead to lifelong enhancements to a person’s quality of life.
