ADAM SULLIVAN

– Chief Executive

Adam joined the business in 2008, setting out his plans to build a more diverse healthcare services business with a real focus on patient-centred care. With a strong, committed team under him and the growing need for more cost-effective healthcare solutions to the increasing number of patients with long-term conditions, Adam is confident that Baywater has the credentials for success.

HOWARD JONES

– Finance Director

Howard joined Baywater in 2013 to lead our finance and accounting team in the UK and Ireland. He is an experienced Finance Director who has held board level roles in a diverse range of businesses. His formative experience was gained in a number of blue-chip companies including BICC, BOC and Thorn EMI where he was Group FD in the management buy-out of Thorn Security Group Ltd from Thorn EMI and in the subsequent sale of that business to Tyco. More recently, Howard has worked in a range of SME businesses across a variety of sectors and he spent three years as a Portfolio Director with a regional venture capital fund in Merseyside.

Diane Gray

– Chief Operating Officer

Diane joined Baywater in 2014 to drive current and new business development opportunities, to deliver revenue growth whilst enhancing lives through outstanding healthcare in the services offered. Evaluating opportunities for service enhancements and development of the company strategy. With over 20 years commercial and operational experience in the NHS and private sector, Diane is ideally placed to create proposals that deliver improved patient care pathways in a cost effective model.

NIGEL SHEPPERSON

– Director of Regulatory Affairs

Nigel joined the business in 2006. His day to day role ensures Baywater meet all of our obligations in relation to medical licencing, quality assurance and information governance. Nigel is a registered Qualified Person and sits on various industry bodies in the healthcare sector.

IAN WILLIAMS

– Head of Business Analysis

Ian joined the team as Supply Chain analyst in 2006 with a career background in Inventory and Operations management. Since then he has assumed responsibility within Logistics Management and Contracts Management. His Business Analysis role provides visibility for the team as a whole to monitor trend analysis to tackle current issues and to provide forecasting to ensure we are well-positioned for future success.
