COVID-19 is a disease caused by the Coronavirus. There is little known about how the virus spreads from person to person. Baywater Healthcare are closely following guidance from Public Health England and Wales.
For the foreseeable future we are putting into place measures to ensure safety for you and your loved ones.
We have enhanced our equipment cleaning procedures and request that you continue to clean your equipment, masks and nasal prongs in accordance with instruction given in your equipment booklet.
Cleaning advice in your booklet is always best practice to reduce infection and continues to be correct guidance for COVID-19. If you cannot find your booklet, a copy can be found on our website.
Whenever possible, to reduce the amount of times we need to come into your home we are delivering and collecting equipment from your doorstep rather than in your home. We have also postponed all routine equipment servicing.
If you are due a routine service of your equipment, this will be postponed until we are advised it is safe for us to do so by the NHS.
We request that if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 that you inform Baywater Healthcare as soon as possible.
