The servicing of your oxygen equipment and the risk assessment of your property is essential to ensure your safety and that you are receiving the correct oxygen therapy. If you do not allow Baywater Healthcare to service your equipment the NHS will be unable to repay you for the electricity that your oxygen machine has used. NHS electricity reimbursements are for oxygen machines only and do not apply to any other medical device.

Electricity refunds are calculated using the standard variable tariff for your region.

If your last payment was made using an estimated reading, your following will require a meter reading. We will take this reading during your next oxygen machine service (safety check).

If you are struggling to pay your electricity bill, there is help and advice available. Call your local Citizens Advice or visit their website here: www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/energy/energy-supply.
